International Café

Every wednesday from 17.00 (5pm)

The International Café is a new club organised by Folkets Hus together with some of the international professionals living in Struer. The café takes place every Wednesday from around 5, or whenever you finish work. The aim is to provide a relaxing environment where people have the opportunity to socialise with friends as well as get to know some new people from the area, and hopefully establish or strengthen their social network in the town.

Since the first International Café started in November, it has been host to a Danish Christmas meal, a curry night, and excellent live music. Word has spread around all the major companies in the local area, as well as the gymnasium, language centre, and several smaller organisations and websites. The response has been great with so many enthusiastic members from all over the world - and even a few Danes!
